KIUBZ is a design and construction company specialising in high-quality, customisable prefabricated spaces.
From modular homes and tiny houses to cabins, hospitality projects and commercial spaces, KIUBZ offers an alternative to conventional construction, one that is faster and more efficient, without compromising on design, quality or individuality.
Every project is developed around its purpose, its setting and the people who will use it. By bringing architecture, engineering and craftsmanship together within a prefabricated system, KIUBZ creates spaces that are made off-site but designed to belong exactly where they are placed.
With reduced construction waste, high-performance insulation, energy-efficient solutions and the possibility to relocate or repurpose structures, KIUBZ also approaches building with a more adaptable and conscious mindset.
Michael is the founder of KIUBZ Prefabs, his journey began over a decade ago as an engineer in New York. His time there sparked his interest in alternative ways of building and living. Seeing the potential of modular construction and the possibility of designing and building spaces more efficiently, he returned to Lebanon with the ambition of introducing a prefabricated building solution that was still largely absent from the local market.

Every project begins with two things: your needs and your land. We study the surroundings, views, orientation, landscape, and purpose of the project before designing a space specifically for it.
We believe good architecture should enhance its setting rather than compete with it. Through thoughtful design, responsible material choices, and prefabricated construction that reduces waste and disruption on site, we aim to create spaces that sit naturally within their environment while bringing out the value of the land.
