Lebanon, 2017

Project Type:

Concept:

The Tiny House movement, which began in the U.S. before spreading to Australia and Europe as a response to the housing crisis, was proudly introduced to Lebanon and the MENA region by KIUBZ. Our clients sought a custom-designed home that could be relocated annually, adapting to the changing seasons.

a_Modern Cabin

This mountain-style cabin showcases a blend of thermally treated wood and natural cedar, ensuring exceptional weather resistance while delivering a striking visual appeal

Floor Plan

This modern cabin is thoughtfully designed to provide all the essentials for a cozy retreat.

Inside, the elegant, knotless wood finish creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, beautifully contrasted by the darker wood exterior. Adding to its alpine charm, an upcycled ski chairlift repurposed as a swing serves as a unique and nostalgic centerpiece.

b_FarmHouse

Floor Plan

The Tiny Farmhouse is designed to comfortably accommodate a family of three, featuring a spacious interior and a cozy mezzanine with an additional single bed in the master bedroom. The lower-floor sitting area can also be converted into a sleeping platform, offering extra space for guests. With farmhouse-inspired finishes, the home balances elegance and comfort, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Designed for mobility, it seamlessly blends into various landscapes as it moves across Lebanon’s coast and mountains.
